DJI welcomes budding talent to UAV industry by slashing prices for Amazon Prime Day

DJI, the world leader in civilian drones and aerial imaging technology, has reduced the price of one of its entry-level UAVs in a bid to welcome budding talent into the world of drones.

DJI has knocked £100 off the price of its Spark Fly More Combo to £479 as part of its Amazon Prime Day promotion.

This is the first time DJI is participating in the Amazon Prime Day promotion. DJI is working to encourage people to take venture into the world of drones and aerial photography.

The DJI Spark Fly More Combo is available in Alpine White, Lava Red, and Sunrise Yellow. The drone is equipped with intelligent features such as QuickShot and ActiveTrack, producing cinematographic shots at the touch of just a few buttons. Additionally, a new ‘Sphere’ mode can be used to take immersive, 360-degree photos. Spark’s camera can shoot up to 1080p HD videos and 12MP photos with a flight time of up to 16 minutes.

The £100 discount will be available from DJI Official Store on amazon.co.uk, starting July 16, 12pm BST and will run for 36 hours until July 17, 11:59pm.

  1. So how much would a selfie drone cost using phone to control it? I’m a fisherman would love to own something that can fly out over water and not drown and die, limited finances. images/film average level, last thing I want to do is swim for it. battery life aka flight time, and media storage. Can it fit in my pocket or say large-ish pouch.
