Geo Business postponed until 2021

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, GEO Business has been postponed this year.

Organisers confirmed that the show would return next year on May 19-29 at the ExCeL in London.

They hope the business climate would be more stable for the show’s return.

In a statement from Caroline Hobden, the show’s event and portfolio director, she explained: “We appreciate how important GEO Business is for you, your business and the whole profession. And we’re very sorry to disappoint you and the thousands of others who were planning on visiting this year.

“However, the safety of our visitors, speakers and exhibitors remains our priority.”

She continued: “Whilst we can’t bring the geospatial community together this year, we promise we’ll be back with a bigger and better show in 2021.”

On that, Hobden went on to confirm that the show in 2021 will run alongside Digital Construction Week (DCW).

She said: “Whilst both will remain separate shows, they will in effect create one much larger technology event for the sector.”
