Drone pilots now able to earn up to £65,000, government survey says

Drone pilots have seen their incomes increase to similar levels as commercial pilots as industry innovation and regulation continues. According to new figures from the National Careers Service, commercial and drone pilots now have the potential to earn up to £65,000 a year. The same service notes that commercial airline pilots earn between £20,000 and £140,000. The increase can be attributed to the huge growth in use cases for drones within commercial sectors. The Sky Guys has appointed Jeremy Chan-Hao Wang as president, taking effect today. The Canadian drone operator and manufactured confirmed that Wang will take lead on the company's overall operations and growth, including key revenue, product development, and commercialisation activities throughout 2019. Wang will report directly to chairman and chief executive officer, Adam Sax.
