COPTRZ approved for YPO public sector drone framework contract

UK commercial drone solutions company COPTRZ has been approved to take part in the YPO drone framework supplying drones and payloads for the public sector.

COPTRZ is partnered with the likes of DJI, Flyability, Parrot and Phase One, and will use their technology in fulfilling its new role with the UK Government.

Prior to the new YPO contract, COPTRZ has previously worked with public sector and emergency services clients such as Devon & Cornwall Police and Dorset Police, Leicester Police, Air Accidents Investigation Branch and Kent Fire and Rescue Service.

COPTRZ managing director, Steve Coulson commented: “We pride ourselves on offering a true choice for our customers by bringing together solutions from the largest pool of suppliers in the UK, this means that clients can operate faster, safer and better – better processes, better experiences for personnel and better cost control.”

Meanwhile, Samuel Denniff, COPTRZ UAV strategist for public safety, said: “We are extremely honoured to have been awarded this recognition through the YPO contract.

It’s a pleasure to be able to provide the equipment and tools they need for more effective practices, which in some cases can have a huge impact on saving lives.”
