Cyberhawk to focus on asset management system with new CFO appointment


Cyberhawk Innovations has announced the appointment of John Comiskey as chief financial officer and member of the board of directors.

He most recently held the position of CFO of Endura, which in 2018 was acquired by Pentland Brands, owners of the Speedo, Canterbury and Berghaus brands.

Cyberhawk’s CEO, Chris Fleming, commented: “I can think of no one better than John Comiskey to help grow Cyberhawk during this time of transformation.”

Adding: “We are at a critical point in our business transition as we pivot to focus on the software development of our asset management system, iHawk. John’s role is crucial for finding new market opportunities whilst developing and implementing our bullish growth strategy.”

A Chartered Accountant, he previously has held roles as chief executive & director of finance at Edinburgh Leisure and roles at Scottish and Newcastle, Mars Confectionary, Diageo & EY. 

Appointed by Cyberhawk’s Board of Directors, Comiskey was selected for his combined ability to lead large-scale projects, achieve outstanding business growth and provide business direction to extend Cyberhawk’s strategy across its clients internationally.

The executive transition comes after the retirement of David McIntyre, the previous CFO.
