Drone industry to gather virtually for Commercial UAV Expo Americas 2020 next week

Commercial UAV Expo

The 2020 Commercial UAV Expo Americas is set to go ahead in an online-only format next week after its live event was cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic.

The event will run 15-17 September, with organisers predicting thousands of industry professionals and end users will take part.

The breadth of sectors represented by attendees – like construction, drone delivery, energy and utilities, forestry and agriculture, infrastructure and transportation, mining and aggregates, public safety and emergency services, security, surveying and mapping, and more – shows how far-reaching the industry is today.

Following the demos are ‘Emerging Technology Showcases’ in which UAS solution providers will present their newest technology.

There will also be virtual exhibit halls open from 9:00-17:00 PT on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Those interested in attending the online event can still register online now.
