Geneinno is preparing to launch its two newest underwater drones at the upcoming CES conferences in Las Vegas.
The Los Angeles-based firm debuted the second generation at last year’s event, but is returning this year to show off various extension supports at the event held from January 8-12.
Named the Titan, Geneinno claims the device is first underwater drone with a robotic arm and believes it to be the deepest diving with a 4K camera, able to dive up to 492ft with extension support.
Also incorporated in its design are self-balancing and anti-current algorithms which the firm hopes will optimise performance for professional underwater filming.
The company hopes the Titan can compete to win Red Dot Design Award for a second time, with Geneinno’s brand manager stating “underwater is the future.”
