Manager of Manchester City FC, Pep Guardiola, is considering sending his staff on a drone training course to get a better insight into how his football team operates.
According to a report from The Sun, the title-winning boss is hoping a view from above during training sessions will help him and his side gain a more thorough understanding on tactics and team shape.
A source contributing to the report said: “Pep has an incredible eye for detail and is always looking for ways to improve things. He and his staff were struggling to get some ideas across to the players and someone in the club mentioned a drone.”
It added: “It helps them show formations and where space is on the pitch at certain times.”
