iRed has appointed two new senior staff to its growing workforce.
The infrared, drone deployment and training company has welcomed Chris Allington as non-executive director and Lisa Webber as finance director.
Ray Faulkner, managing director and founder, wanted two more members of staff following diversification into new areas of tech.
Allington has a successful entrepreneurial and business history and Webber is working through her practice Teal Financial Consultancy.
Allington commented: “I am here to add a bit of business experience and strategic advice; to assess risks and access government programmes and funding. iRed is a business that really excites me because it has vast potential and already has diversified into many areas. The technology iRed uses and supplies is useful in a multitude of sectors and training people to use it has been a massive growth area.”
Webber added: “I am at iRed to work on short and long term financial strategy and day-to-day compliance matters. Before setting up my own consultancy I worked for a large accountancy practice and also in financial management roles for a global pharmaceutical business.”
