Percepto is set to showcase how large energy sites across Europe and the US are using its AI-powered autonomous industrial Drone-in-a-Box.
At this month’s Energy Drone & Robotics Summit, the firm will deliver a presentation entitled ‘Autonomous & Remote UAV Operations in Energy – Real-World Implementations.’
Illy Gruber, VP for marketing at Percepto, will be on stage to present how autonomous drones have been adopted by energy companies to maximize production, whilst reducing costs and risks, ensuring site safety, security and regulatory compliance.
Percepto detailed how Gruber will explain how its AI-powered autonomous industrial DIB solution is being used by its customers. Among them is the energy giant Enel, an Italian multinational manufacturer and distributor of electricity and gas, that is the first utility company to integrate autonomous drones into its operations.
Gruber commented: “We are excited to demonstrate how autonomous drones are changing the way industrial sites consume aerial data. Our customers pioneer in the adoption of drones, as an essential tool that operate with their various teams.”
Adding: “With our drone on-site, every team member gains easy access to aerial data and insights from their desktop, even if miles away from the site.”
Last week, CDP reported on Percepto’s plans to operate live overseas missions from London.
