SOARIZON by Thales has updated its software offering today with Organisations, a new suite of features designed to aid communication and collaboration between drone teams within one organisation.
Based on user feedback, the system provides a central record of all planning and flight information for compliance and audit.
Customers subscribing to SOARIZON Elevate or Enterprise plans, the company said, can now invite their team members to fill ‘seats’ on their plan, enabling seamless collaboration between users on projects and missions.
There is also now a new chat function, in addition to all the original features, such as mapping, airspace intelligence, hourly weather data and full logbook capabilities.
Mike Oliver, head of SOARIZON, commented: “This is the most significant update to the SOARIZON platform since our launch across Europe last year, and one which the whole team is incredibly proud of.
“We have been actively listening to feedback from the market and we are confident that this new suite of functionality will represent tangible benefits to organisations looking to bring rigour, compliance and scale to their drone operations.”
The company is also offering a 30-day free trial period for customers signing up to its Elevate or Enterprise plans, in a bid to allow the industry to sample the new Organisations suite of functions.
