DJI showcased its Aeroscope technology as part of Operation Zenith.
The programme was designed to give live demonstrations of Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) integration in controlled airspace.
The AeroScope solution featured in Operation Zenith was a full-scale test of how an unmanned traffic management system can enable beneficial uses of drones in controlled airspace while helping monitor unauthorised or uncooperative drone activities.
Operation Zenith demonstrated eight scenarios in which drones were successfully operated with traditional aircraft movements at Manchester Airport in the United Kingdom.
AeroScope is DJI’s remote identification solution, available only to authorized users such as government security agencies.
